General

These terms and conditions apply to any merchandise sold by Nerdy Dreams Technologies through our website, retail channels, or other methods.

Prices and Payment

The prices displayed are in Naira (NGN). Prices can be subject to change at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments.

Shipping and Delivery

We will make best efforts to ship orders within 5 business days of payment receipt. Delivery timeframes displayed are estimates only. We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Customers can return unused merchandise in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact us to begin a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Product Warranty

Nerdy Dreams Technologies warrants products against material and workmanship defects for a period of 90 days from shipment. We will repair or replace defective products at our discretion. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Limitation of Liability

Nerdy Dreams Technologies liability shall be limited to the value of any order placed by the customer. We are not liable for any indirect damages.

Governing Laws

These terms and all orders are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lagos courts.
